Open seminar in English, hosted by the Human Rights Institute of the University of Iceland and deCODE Genetics

Dr. Benjamin Gregg is a professor at the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently a visiting professor at the University of Linx, Austria. Dr. Gregg, a social and political theorist, is exploring social, moral and legal questions posed by rapid advances in human genetic engineering.

Dr. Kári Stefánsson is the CEO of deCODE Genetics and a professor at the University of Iceland. He has written extensively about human genetics.

The meeting is held with support by the Fulbright Commission in Iceland
